Sorry, but I have a message:
"TCPZ_20090205\VirtualDevice\Driver\tcpz-x86d.sys - инфицирован BackDoor.IRC.Sdbot.4669"
There are no such one for x64
Check it? please!

It's not a bug.
Because after maximize, the UI looks not good, so disable it.

Thanks for the such useful program!

I wonder what was a reason to remove TCP-Z Virtual Driver from v2.6. It is written in the ReadMe.ENU.txt that "Vista / Windows 7 support an unlimited option in TCP-Z Virtual Driver. Set limited value to 0, it means unlimited." So is there possibility to set an unlimited number of "connections" on Vista x64 without TCP-Z Virtual Driver?

Best regards.

This a a good patch.
However, if i use the virtual drive + utorrent,
my dvbviewer cannot work properly.
basically i cant watch hdtv using my DMB-TH USB stick.
the video keeping discontinue, Blaze HDTV 4.0 have the same result, the only solution is to uninstall the patch.

PS. i am using vista x64.

To Tomas Vercetti:
Yes, You can set limit value to 0 in Virtual Driver, and it will crack the tcpip.sys as unlimited.

But this mothod does not recommend.

Sorry, I do not have the same device with you, so I can not test.

You can using tcpz.exe to modify, or using "Universal Tcpip.sys Patch".

Does this utility accept command-line options? To avoid using a driver patch, it would wonderful if I could simply specify the desired quantity on the command line and place a link in the startup folder. The utility should also be able to auto-exit upon making the memory change.

deepxw said... April 7, 2009 2:00 PM

command line:

tcpz.exe -limit:200
tcpz.exe -limit:200 -autoexit

this happens because what the patch does to a critical system file seems like if is being attacked by the virus BackDoor.IRC.Sdbot.4669 but is not that way.

you have total control of this patch and it means no menace to your system in any way.

believe me, this patch is absolutely virus free.

many other programs to patch files have this problem.

have fun.

Since some time I get errors of loading driver and service TCP-Z with code -6 when launching TCP-Z (x64) version 2.6.2.75. Then a proposition to turn TESTSIGNING ON appeares. As I understand it's connected with driver signature.
Also in EventViewer the record appeares:
The Tcpz-x64 service failed to start due to the following error:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.

The same behaviour is also present on clean installation of Win Vista SP2 (x64).
But earlier it didn't happen. Is it normal? Can this problem be solved without turning on testsigning?

P.S. OS: Windows Vista SP2 x64

Hi,
Why the maximum value of Incoming is always be "10"?

Anonymous said... October 1, 2009 12:43 AM

Vista SP2 with all new Update = TCP.sys 6.0.6002.18091 = the Limitation is "10"
